- Conducting education and teaching activities in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics,
- Conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics
- Conducting community development and/or professional services in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics to support the community’s prosperity, and
- Creating collaboration and partnership with institutions at national and international levels, and food enterprises to strengthen the research and teaching for student benefit.
